Chili sauce pasteuriser

Project Info

The customer wanted to produce 3 types of chili sauce. We implemented a complete solution consisting of mixer, stock tank, pasteuriser + deaerator + cooling system, filling machine, CIP (clean in place) system.

Furthermore, we installed a reverse osmosis water system for the customer.

Our team designed the machine to fit into the available space of the customers premises. The machine was designed specifically for the product and with future proofing in mind.
