Mini pasteuriser for chocolate sauce bottling

The customer wanted to produce chocolate sauce. We implemented a complete solution consisting of mixer, stock tank, pasteuriser, filling and CIP system.

The filling system is semi automatic (using load cell technology), therefore sealing is done separately.

This machine is suited for limited spaces and can be moved when required.
